Food plays an very important part in your child’s life. Children in our school eat healthy and nutritious meals through out the day. Only organic fruit juices, and organic milk are served as beverages. The menu is tailored to be low in fat, low in salt, low in sugar, high fiber, with no artificial colors or flavors. All our breads and all cookies are freshly  baked at the school. A unique feature of our menus is that they are extremely varied.  
In our school children prepared tables for breakfast, lunch and snacks. In Montessori method it’s called “preparation for practical life”

Breakfast: oatmeal, cream of wheat, omelet with sausage, mashed potatoes with sausage, pancakes, waffles, 3-cheese lasagna and much more.

Morning Snack: Raw vegetables (carrots, celery)
Fruits (apples, bananas, pears, oranges, peaches)
Fruit salads.

Lunches: soups made with different vegetables and chicken broth.
Spinach soup, Meatball soup, Tomato soup, Cream of zucchini, Chicken soup, Cucumber soup, Beat soup, Mushroom soup, Cream of broccoli, Cauliflower soup, Split pea soup, mixed vegetables soup.

Afternoon Snack: yogurt, milk, bagels, cookies, cakes or cupcakes, apples.
